100% Cotton. 100% Polyester fleece lining. Water-resistant. Made in USA.

Since it is woven from high-density cotton, it has some water resistant (not waterproof/repellent). The lining is made of 100% polyester soft fleece. There are three buttons on the outside and one button on the inside, which helps keep the garment secure and prevents it from flapping even in cold weather.
