- OUT OF STOCK POLICY
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you within 48 hours.
MAKIÉ respects your privacy, and takes great care to safeguard information in our posession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority. MAKIÉ does not share client information (including email addresses).
- SHIPPING POLICY
We ship orders within 1-4 business days from our store in New York and your delivery speed is determined by shipping location and method. We use UPS for delivering shipments within the US, and we ship via USPS Priority to Alaska and Hawaii. Order cutoff time is 2pm (EST). Orders that miss the cutoff time are not processed until the following business day. Shipping method options and the corresponding rates are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays, include international custom clearance, once the package has been shipped and tracking updates have been generated, or for any delivery errors, and lost or stolen packages once the package has been delivered. Especially, if you use a shipping forwarder company, we are not responsible for any type of lost, accidents and damages after delivered by our shipping carriers. Unfortunately, stolen packages are becoming more frequent with more people shopping online, so please make sure you have a secure location to ship to and will be there to receive your package. A signature will be required for the delivery. If you want us to ship without signature request, please choose "delivery without signature" at checkout. If the package is stolen, you will need to reach out to local authorities in order to claim your loss with your credit card company. If you miss the final delivery attempt, the second shipping or reschedule fee will be applied to your credit card. If you need to change shipping address after the item has been shipped, please call UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.
- SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on the total price of your merchandise.
Domestic Shipping Fee:

$101~200 : $15.00
$201~300 : $18.00
Free shipping on orders over $300 (Expedited Shipping Costs are charged even on orders over $300).
We use UPS Ground for domestic delivery, therefore they are not able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We will use USPS to ship to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact us. 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Store Pickup options are available at checkout. Order cutoff time is 2pm (EST). Orders that miss the cutoff time are not processed until the following business day. Even if you choose "store pickup", all discounted merchandise is final sale: no returns, and no exchanges. Also we request customers to pickup the package within 20 days. If it past 20 days, we ship out the package to customers' billing address. Shipping charge will be applied to the original payment method.

We use DHL, UPS and FedEx International for the international orders, and use USPS for Canada orders. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed. Please note that for gift orders shipping to overseas, there will be an extra charge for a customs duty.
Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a New York address.

You can select gift wrap options at checkout. Also there is a section for messages. No gift wrap for any discounted merchandise.
- RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. If the items are returned without our approval, 15% restocking fee will be charged to the original payment method. Returned merchandise must be unused and original condition and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 days of package arrival. All discounted merchandise are final sale: No returns, No exchanges, or No store credit given.
