Yes — You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you don’t receive it within 30 minutes, please email us at orders@makieclothier.com.

If your selected item is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours.

Orders are shipped within 1–4 business days from our store in New York.

The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

Next Day Air starts at $85 and up. Note: expedited shipping fees apply even on orders over $350.

Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Some orders may experience customs delays outside our control. If an international order is refused upon delivery, the $70 shipping handling fee and a 10% restocking fee cannot be refunded.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone will be present to receive the package.

For orders over $300 or one-of-a-kind pieces, a signature upon delivery is usually required. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please select that option at checkout — we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages in that case.

If you use a shipping forwarder, we are not responsible for any loss, accidents, or damage after delivery by our carriers.

No. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

If a package is returned to us after the final delivery attempt, a $20 reshipping fee will be automatically charged and the order will be resent.

Sales tax is applicable only to merchandise shipped to a New York address.

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange for equal merchandise. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you contact us by phone or email for approval before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, applied to the original payment method.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.

Please note that all discounted merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us by phone or email to receive pre-authorization before shipping your item. Once your return has been received and approved, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Store credit expires 1 year from the date it was issued. Please keep your original store credit.

Yes — Gift wrap options and a message section are available at checkout. Gift wrapping is not available for discounted merchandise.

Yes — Store Pickup is available at checkout. Please collect your order within 20 days. After 20 days, your package will be shipped to your billing address and a shipping charge will be applied to your original payment method.

All discounted merchandise is final sale even for store pickups: no returns and no exchanges.
