This tote bag is constructed from 100% raffia and hand crocheted in Madagascar. The dense crochet structure creates a stable, wide silhouette with a balanced form. The material is lightweight with natural flexibility while maintaining durability through its tight weave. The surface shows subtle tonal variation characteristic of raffia fibers.

She began her enterprise in 1999. Fibers made and dyed to her specifications in France are shipped to her workshop in Madagascar where they are hand crocheted, knitted and embroidered into unique works of art.
